The server is up, but it isn't allowing anyone to connect? Did last lock it or something?

No and yes.
Yes as in the server is up. However, in my experimentation with the new Bukkit release I was not satisfied. So, I attempted to roll the server back to where it was Saturday.
No, as in the attempt to roll the server back something was missed that has caused it to be unstable.
I am working on it.

yes the server is rolled back... it is running now.
we had ALOT of issues
not going to get into it on this thread, just roll back to 1.1 and you should be good.
server will stay old school until bukkit comes out.
Yes, it's true. We finally have bukkit! Your going to have to upgrade to the current minecraft. (This can be done by deleting the .bin folder) With the long awaited server upgrade, we are now installing and testing plug-ins so please be patient for the next couple of days and don't be surprised when the world resets(No not the map), as we need to reset to put the plug-ins in play.
So now that BUKKIT is installed I will be making a thread where you can see all the commands available to you.
This is a work in progress and some of it will be untested.
Mywarps plugin - installed and working.
commands:
/warp <name> - (mywarp.warp.basic.warp) - Warps to <name>
