I have been walking around spawn and there is grieving places like The Factory, The Coliseum, and the Train Station that was going to be a new building. i hear people saying that they got grieved and stolen from. this is just insane if you play on this server and you did this you are going to get caught and suspended or BANNED! so nobody else needs to do any of these things its not cool.

Roger that. There is a list of to be banned possibles already. We are debating. Anyway, proection similar to cuboid should arrive today.
Yes, it's true. We finally have bukkit! Your going to have to upgrade to the current minecraft. (This can be done by deleting the .bin folder) With the long awaited server upgrade, we are now installing and testing plug-ins so please be patient for the next couple of days and don't be surprised when the world resets(No not the map), as we need to reset to put the plug-ins in play.
So now that BUKKIT is installed I will be making a thread where you can see all the commands available to you.
This is a work in progress and some of it will be untested.
Mywarps plugin - installed and working.
